Wüsthof’s European-style blades exhibit a 14.5° edge angle per side, finished off with a comfortable ergonomic handle made from POM – a durable material with tight molecular structure to resist fading, discolouration and build-up of insanitary material.
The full bolster (the junction between handle and blade) protects the hand from the sharp blade and balances the weight of the knife.
