World of Flavours Oriental Bamboo Skimmer
With its long handle and fine mesh basket, this World of Flavours Oriental Bamboo Skimmer’s not just essential for preparing many of your favourite Chinese dishes. It comes in very handy for lots of day-to-day culinary tasks too. This classic Chinese utensil provides a safe way to scoop, strain and skim your food.
Crafted from natural bamboo, its handle keeps your hands well clear of boiling water and hot oil. However, its versatility comes from its shallow stainless steel mesh basket. This securely holds portions of deep-fried, steamed or boiled dishes, while its fine surface lets any excess liquids quickly drain. So, there’s no need to reach for a strainer.
