Myths
- Reds should not be served at room temperature. Reds should be served at cellar temperature, which averages 12°C less than the average room temperature of 22.2°C (72°F).
- While aerating reds draws out the flavors and aromas, it is a myth that whites don’t need aeration. The Chiller Stick will aerate your white wine as it does red.
