The Scanpan Maitre D’ Mini Dutch Oven with Lid features a polished copper exterior and 18/10 stainless-steel interior for rapid, uniform heating and maximum durability. Can be used to cook on your hob or oven.
Please note: exposure to water, salt and day to day use can make the surface of copper discolour over time. Most professional kitchens will leave this to build up a patina over time, which has a lot of character! If you would like your copper pans to shine, they should be buffed-up with copper polish after cleaning.
