Scanpan Maitre D Induction Frying Pan
The Scanpan Maitre D Induction Frying Pan has copper plated sides to enable heat to travel up the side of the pan, and is compatible with all types. The high quality stainless steel interior is metal utensil safe.
Please note: exposure to water, salt and day to day use can make the surface of copper discolour over time. Most professional kitchens will leave this to build up a patina over time, which has a lot of character! If you would like your copper pans to shine, they should be buffed-up with copper polish after cleaning.
