The Scanpan Maitre D induction 20cm Sauteuse features a stainless steel interior for maximum durability and copper on the outside to conduct heat beautifully.
Please note: exposure to water, salt and day to day use can make the surface of copper discolour over time. Most professional kitchens will leave this to build up a patina over time, which has a lot of character! If you would like your copper pans to shine, they should be buffed-up with copper polish after cleaning.
