Parry Twin Tank Twin Basket Free Standing Natural Gas Fryer GDF
Designed for functionality, performance and reliability, the Parry PDGF double tank natural gas pedestal fryer is a great choice for the busy commercial food service setup.
Featuring four high-performance burners combining up to 26.7kW of power, the fryer delivers exceptionally fast heat-up and recovery times, helping you to keep up with demand, even during busy lunch or dinner rushes. And thanks to user-friendly dial temperature controls for each tank, you can fry different items at different temperatures, all at one flexible cooking station – great for preventing flavour or ingredient contamination. During quieter hours, one tank can be shut down to reduce running costs too.
The two large capacity baskets enable you to fry large quantities of fish, chicken or chips, further improving your output to keep queues down. And thanks to the Y-shaped tank design with integrated cool zones, the fryer helps extend the usable life of your oil, saving the expense and time of unnecessary refills.
Stainless steel construction and built-in drain valves ensure the Parry PDGF is both highly durable and easy to clean.
