Netherton Prospector Wok 11 inch
The Netherton Prospector Wok 11 inch has dual handles for simple manoeuvring, making it a convenient space-saving option for both the stovetop and oven.
You can fry on the range, brown under the grill, and cook in the oven with this pre-seasoned, durable, and versatile pan.
Crafted from 99.1% pure spun iron, it features sturdy black iron handles firmly attached with annealed iron rivets.
Ideal for high temperature dishes like frying and browning, it has a flat bottom and is compatible with range stoves, open fires, wood burning ovens, electric, gas, ceramic, halogen & induction hobs.
For best results, heat up slowly to maintain its flat shape and don’t shock it with sudden temperature changes.
Unlike Netherton frying pans, this iron wok is spun to a thin, 1mm thickness, ensuring quick heating and cooling for perfect stir-fry cooking.
As an added bonus, it is lightweight and easy to handle.
