Netherton Foundry Prospector Frying and Paella Pan
Perfect for paella, great for a big family fry-up. As there is no coating as such, the Netherton Foundry Prospector Frying and Paella Pan 30.5cm pans are incredibly durable. The pan will need to be kept seasoned to build up a non-stick coating. Simply wipe with a little oil after washing and drying.
- For induction hobs: Heat the pan slowly (a minute or so) on the lowest setting to start and then move gradually up through the settings.
