Its long and narrow blade measures 16.5 cm x 3.3 cm and boasts a PVD coating for additional scratch resistance.
An anti-slip rubber handle provides safety and stability while grating.
Additionally, the grater comes complete with a plastic protective cover for maintaining a lasting sharp finish and it can be effortlessly washed in a dishwasher or with running water.
Microplane uses a chemical process called photo-etching, to produce their graters. The result is much sharper teeth and durable, ultra-sharp stainless steel blades.
