This reversible grill/griddle boasts both a smooth and ridged cooking surface. The smooth side is ideal for sandwiches, eggs and pancakes. The ridged surface is perfect for cooking steak, fish, chicken and burgers.
Lodge productsare not mass produced. The Griddle is hung and pre-seasoned with oil to provide protection and get you started. There will often be small spots where some oil hasn’t been applied, and sometimes the odd oil bubble. (usually very small) Simply season using a little oil, and all will be well.
