Le Creuset Cast Iron Paella Pan 34cm Volcanic
The Le Creuset Cast Iron Paella Pan 34cm Volcanic offers a generous cooking area and shallow sides, allowing for effortless sautéing of chorizo, pancetta, garlic, peppers, and onion before evenly infusing their flavours into the rice.
This efficient pan, with its durable black interior, can withstand high temperatures, though it is recommended to start on low to medium heat and gradually increase if necessary.
It may take a bit longer to heat up compared to other materials, but it maintains a consistent temperature, making it ideal for slow-cooking rice.
This multipurpose pan is suitable for use on any stovetop, oven, or grill, thanks to its cast iron construction that retains heat for extended periods, ensuring your paella stays warm on the table.
With a 34cm diameter, it can serve 4 to 8 people.
Keep in mind, however, that “paella” refers to the pan itself, not the dish.
