The Demeyere Industry Sauté Pan 24cm with Lid has a shallow design, making it perfect for quickly cooking small amounts of food. It is the perfect saucepan for quickly frying a fillet, steaming vegetables or even conjuring up a fine sauce to accompany your food. This saucepan was developed by the Belgian designer Stefan Schöning, who has worked on the entire Demeyere brand Industry series.
It is thanks to his influence that it resembles an American-styled pan. The entire pot is made throughout of a multi-layer material, which helps to cook your food more quickly. It is extremely practical as it can be used on all types of cooker, with the 5-ply material delivering decisive benefits: the pot reaches high temperatures in minutes, so that you use less energy when cooking. It is also much easier to clean.
This Demeyere Industry Sauté Pan has a diameter of 24 cm. With a depth of only 6.5 cm, it is ideal for small dishes that do not require more than 2.8 litres of liquid. The handles absorb very little heat during cooking and can therefore always be held with ease.
