Bradley Cold Smoke Adaptor kit now enables you to do a true and simple cold smoke. Even on warm summer days! (minimum temperature is subject to ambient temperature).
By moving the bisquette burner outside the smoke box, you can turn any Original or Digital Bradley Smoker into a cold smoker unit. (Not compatible with P10 Smoker – BS1019)
Constructed from powder coated steel, the adaptor fits between the smoke tower and generator. Using a flexible aluminum tube (36” long extended) that lets the smoke cool before reaching your food. Allowing you to do a true cold smoke.
Now you can add smoke sausage, cheese, ham or Scandinavian-style fish at home.
- A design feature of Bradley Smokers is the ability to completely remove the smoke generator apparatus from the smoking food cabinet. In this way, the heat from the bisquette heater, the source of the smoke, dissipates outside of the insulated cabinet which experiences therefore, no significant rise in temperature.
- The Cold Smoke Adaptor simply provides a neat solution for transferring the smoke when the smoke generator and cabinet are separated in this way.
- The cabinet is positioned a couple of feet above the adaptor and is connected to it by means of the flexible metal hose. Full instructions are included.
- The Bradley cold smoking adaptor allows you to use your existing Bradley smoker to cold smoke fish, cheese and even butter. The cold smoking adaptor fits on the detachable smoke generator and allows any heat from the burning brisquettes to dissipate before the smoke reaches the food.
