The Sahara 320 model is best suited for domestic use or offices of up to 20 people, (alternatively, we also stock the Billi Sahara 360 for up to 60 users).
Featuring one of the smallest under-counter units on the market, city-based homes and businesses particularly love the benefit of this space-saving unit where office space is at a premium or counter space is limited. In fact, the Sahara unit’s size is often comparable to half that of its market competitors.

Why We Love It
Energy efficiency
The Sahara utilises Billi’s trademarked Thermostore tank technology and insulation which achieve energy efficiency levels X 50 greater than that of a traditional hot water tank. Furthermore, all Sahara systems can be set to a 7-day or 24 hours setting to conserve power. Additionally, standby mode may be set to power down and conserve energy when not in use.
Time efficiency
Featuring innovative technology the Billi Sahara dispenses more cups of boiling water faster than any competitor in the market. Ideal for office kitchen or canteens, this ensures even during peak periods, such as morning coffee or afternoon tea, demand can be met with ease!
Ventilation
The Sahara does requires no cupboard ventilation nor ventilation grill- and since there’s no cooling fan, this offers beneficial space and cost savings.
Safety
All units feature an integrated safety switch as standard. A red lock icon appears on activation, whilst a simple press of the switch releases the lock and allows boiling water flow. The system auto reverts back to safety mode following 8 seconds of non-use.
Splash free delivery
User safety is ensured with the Sahara’s electronic control of the boiling water flow. As the water exits the dispenser, water flow is purposefully slowed to prevent splashing into cups or water containers.
Designer taps
Billi offers a fantastic range of dispenser styles that have been designed in collaboration with architects, designers, engineers, and end users. With a wide range of colour finish options- there’s even the ability to order bespoke /personalised options- so please feel free to reach out to our team for any inquiries. Finally, there’s the option to fit over a sink or for greater flexibility on the counter -customers may select a corresponding drainage font.
Premium filtration
Billi’s high-end filters ensure the removal of any health-threatening pollutants and impurities including sediment, chemicals, heavy metals, and pesticides leaving nothing but refreshing, clean drinking water, every time. A Billi Limescale Filter (for Medium Use)** must be purchased alongside this tap kit for use with the Sahara tap and is recommended for replacement every 6 to 12 months depending upon usage.

Installation Options
Please note that DIY fit is available – any additional call outs by Billi for incorrect fittings will incur a charge.
If you select the Expert Installation Package (UK only) a trained Billi engineer will site visit, install and configure your Billi Tap to your kitchen area and bespoke requirements. (Aborted Install Fee of £143 will be charged upon cancellation)
- Drainage Font Cut Out in composite may be included free of charge but must be requested upon purchase. (Please note that granite, quartz, etc requires a contractor).
- Removal & Disposal of Existing Tap/System may be booked for an extra £125 fee – please request via our team upon purchase.
- Fonts are not required if installation is over a sink. Please
